Great clean room. Comfy mattress. Breakfast is ok. The usual eggs and toast and pancakes and some fruit. Service was very friendly from front desk to restaurant hostess. Easy walking to cool places to eat. Homelessness is an issue in the city so you will encounter that everywhere.

Great location and value. We did have an issue with loud neighbour's on night one but they immediately set up a transfer to a different floor and gave us a complementary breakfast for the inconvenience. Great parking access and was safe and secure. Fully recommend

The shower head was spraying water on to the ceiling from where the shower head connects to the pipe. Breakfast - we were not able to order breakfast entree as the kitchen was out of commission. They were only offering the buffet which is fine, but we were looking forward to a freshly made breakfast which we paid for with the park & dine offer. Anastasia at the front desk is so nice. She upgraded our room to a King suite. The room had a dining set for meals, dishes and cutlery, microwave and small fridge.
