It had everything u needed, and very close to polo park and other restaurants. Rooms were noisy because of kids running around, there is a pool there. Also on a busy street. Rooms were dated and could see the wear and tear.

The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful restaurant for breakfast and the best thing is that it is located around everything, shopping at Polo Park, excellent restaurants and a movie theatre, not far from the Zoo and many parks. I have stayed there for many years and couldn’t be happier with the location that is close to so many wonderful things to do in Winnipeg and their rates are very reasonable.

The hotel is located between two very busy road and we were allocated a room on the busiest road nothing good for a good sleep, we ask for a change of room and got a room on the less busy street. Both room were very clean, however the carpet in the hallway is wearout and dirty, everywhere.

I am a wonan 83 years old travelling solo with my dog. I was able to secure a very nice dinner and a cocktail that I was able to take to my room and enjoy. No one seems to want to help an old lady with her luggage, however. But I would recommend this place. There is a great walking area for my dog as well and for those of us who are doing our steps, it was good for me.
