"I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience at this hotel. When we checked in, our room was still being cleaned and was not ready for guests—it was actually quite dirty, which was frustrating after a long trip. What made it worse was the staff’s response; there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Although we were eventually given a different room, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy left a bad impression. Additionally, no complimentary water bottles were provided, which is a basic amenity you’d expect.
The most concerning part of our stay happened around midnight, when someone knocked aggressively on our door. It was a very scary experience. We contacted security, but they were unable to do much, and there didn’t seem to be proper safety measures in place. Eventually, a night front desk staff member apologized and security came to our room, but the situation was not handled in a reassuring or effective way.
When we checked out, we brought this issue up again, but the two staff members at the front desk showed no concern or response, which was very disappointing. Overall, the experience felt unsafe and poorly managed, and it did not meet expectations at all. I would strongly recommend staying away from this hotel."
