“Our room was run down.. dirt and scuff marks on the walls. Had a late check-in and our keys were not in the box as we were told they would be… Had to wait for office staff to show up in the morning to get them for us. Office staff was not friendly at all. Pool and other amenities were nice. Us( along with other guests) had to help restock the continental breakfast area.”
