"We stayed here because our soccer team had a tournament in the area. We had a couple families stay and the price was much cheaper than hotels around the area. The house is beautiful and spacious inside. Has alot of upgrades. At first we thought the neighborhood looked a little off, but we had no issues at all with our stay. We have some other tournaments in this area later in the year and we will definitely be booking to stay here again."
"The attached iHOP restaurant was nice. Otherwise,the place was barely passable for a motel stay. Recommend for a one-night emergency-type "stay" (i.e. there's no place else and everything is booked and I need a place to sleep) but it certainly isn't worth an extended stay. "

Seemed to be a great town! We were there for a basketball tournament but ate at several area restaurants in the area. Traffic gets congested but overall it seemed like a great town.

Winter Haven is quite and Peggy Pig and Legoland are there. Most other things like boat tours on chain lake are closed on Sunday

"Really great stay overall, very family friendly and has everything needed to have fun without leaving the resort often. Be prepared to pay more for on-site items in the convenience store onsite. One issue with the AC was resolved to our satisfaction, but it took a lot longer and more communication than expected. We would strongly consider staying at The Grove again "
