The room smelled a little damp, the bed was very comfortable and clean, the walls were damaged and the bathroom door was stained and damp, good TV channels and they have a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast isn't very varied, but it's decent. Coffee is available all day, very tasty, and the pancake machine is a great way to make breakfast. It's what saves the day. The staff is very attentive to everyone and makes sure nothing is missing. We'll be back.

Clean room, staff was nice. Was a smoking room it was clean but had few extras. No extra blanket even though I needed one. Security was good but safety was an issue. I was not told how narrow and steep the stairs were. I would have chosen a ground floor room. On the shower there was no bar to hold on to if needed.
