“I would say to other travelers too stay away from Expedia. I searched for a room in De Soto KS. Expedia booked my room in De Soto Iowa the room said fully refundable after paying I was downloading the directions and that’s when I seen it was Iowa not Kansas. Literally five minutes had past since I paid and the room said non refundable. I contacted Expedia. They were no help. I contacted the hotel. Tbh ey canceled my reservation and Expedia kept my. “The room was cozy but as promised with two double beds. Very clean. I spoke with staff twice before actually checking in because I was arriving very late and they assured me it wasn’t an issue. The only complaint that I have was that I saw online that there was a pool but I never saw one.”

“You basically get what you pay for. It’s an inexpensive budget inn with modest amenities. The rooms show signs of some updating but for the most part it is an old hotel with signs of its age. The staff was nice and pleasant during both check in and check out. Rooms very very basic.”
