"We need sleeping machine so one of the beside table had no power outlet! It was behind the bed and inaccessible. We had to call maintenance and he came with an extension chord so I could plug my sleeping machine! Although the machine should be plugged into wall outlet directly not thro extension chord! But the front desk person took care of the problem promptly"

"Enjoyed very much. Great dinner. Staff kind and attentive. Room clean. Pillows very nice. More towels would have been nice. Should have asked. Parking lot confusing. More signage needed. Strange entrance into parking lot. "

"Quick overnight stay for business. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Hotel is a little dated, but in a comfortable home-feeling type of way. The breakfast was super busy with a huge group of ice-skaters, glad we got there JUST before they did!! A little heads up from staff would have prevented any surprises though. Did stop to see the pool, a very neat area, would be fun to hang with the kiddos there!! Would certainly stay again :)"
