The communal area and restaurant were closed when we visited but there is a fab deli, 2 mins up road and linked to wider Castle Ashby estate. "This was one of the best stays we have had. From check in being seamless to our room being spotless (and the cutest gesture of a card signed by all the staff wishing us a happy anniversary!) the spa was great and Camelia gave me the best massage ive ever had. A 3 course meal also enhanced with another lovely gesture for our anniversary. Every staff member we came across were friendly, professional and just delightful. We have stayed in many 5* hotels and can honestly say this was one of our favourite stays and would not hesitate in coming back Thank you all!"
