4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service

Never saw or spoke to hotel staff.

Never saw hotel staff. Restaurant is downstairs; their staff helped out. First room I got - had already been used. Hotels.com site says breakfast included; sign at the front desk says it's 7.5 euros; the restaurant doesn't know. Location is a bit out of Wolfsburg; would be very handy to have info on public transit. The bed is comfortable.

Keine gute Betreuung der Rezeption. Wünsche wurden erst nach mehreren Bitten erfüllt.
