The room smelled of smoke. One of our meals was forgotten in the bistro. The bed was too soft. Good things: clean and convenient. Oh and no lake or view. Bitumen all around consisting of pub carpark. We were able to shut out road noise by closing windows but the result was no fresh air.

Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Avons apprécié que l’accueil soit ouvert tard en soirée. C’était très bien. Nous aurions aimé que le lit soit plus ferme. Si nous séjournons à nouveau dans cette région, nous réserverons à nouveau à cet hôtel.

On a recent road trip with two mates we where impressed by the ease of check in then after settling in to our rooms we could enjoy a couple of ice cold beers then when we where ready tuck into garlic bread, bangers & mash with sticky date pudding which was sensational thanks. One negative aspect that we encountered everywhere on this trip is that the main comes out when you have barely started yr entree so one of them has to go cold even when we specifically asked that that not happen. Very annoying.

Enjoyable stay near the lake
Great motel. Check-in was a little slow as it was dinner time on a Friday night at the hotel. The motel room was wonderful - newly renovated, clean and with a coffee machine. The price was very reasonable. It was a little noisy at night due to proximity to the car park. The bedding configuration in the family room worked really well and was comfortable and spacious. We recommend the Oak Flats Skiway Park as an excellent place to ear your takeaway dinner or bacon and egg roll.

Great location, convenient, only thing I missed was the rooms were not serviced but that might have been explained in the booking fine print, bins not changed, no clean towels. Great & convenient to eating facilities the restaurant in the Hotel was great dinning.

Room had everything necessary, plus a good Smeg Lavazza Coffee machine. Main meals at the Pub were very good quailty and a wide variety of options, on a Public Holiday. Prawn Linguine really good;.and the Burger delicious. Dessert was disappointing- just. a small re-heated sticky date, served with icecream.
