“Arrived to find directions sent us to the wrong place. Arrived at apartments and checked in. Room on 2nd floor. No TV remote. 50% of LED spotlights not working. No light switch near bed (so had to stumble through dark room to bed). No reading lights. So eventually to bed. Next morning dived in shower (quite good) to find NO TOWELS. Very disappointed ”

“We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Beautiful surroundings (great views from our window) with extremely comfortable beds in the room (firm but soft - which is my preference).
