“We were happily surprised with our rental. We didn’t know what to expect and were quickly charmed by this little farm house. It had many updates and yet, many original features. It is nestled among other little farms and yet, within 5-10 minutes of a grocery store. The host provided plenty of towels, bedding and amenities that were helpful to our stay. We went to the lake and sequoias, but also enjoyed a few walks in the evening. There were plenty of animals corralled at neighboring farms, but...

“Excellent location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. The host was attentive, the room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and place settings for 2. I just hope the toilet paper was chosen for the septic system and not because they wanted that brand. I am glad I arrived in the daylight, the short dirt road in would be tricky in the dark the first time. Dining recommendations were spot on - good food, very friendly service, and close by. I wouldn't hesitate to book here...

“Excellent communication with the host. They provided good details before arrival. Easy check in at the office. 30 mins from king's canyon entrance. House is spacious, but old, keep your expectations as such. Beds were comfortable. Sliding doors to the patio could use some maintenance to fix the lock and seal the daft. House got warm during the day and it took quiet long in the afternoon to cool the house. Flock of turkeys on the patio were fun to watch. I would definitely stay here again. ”
