Hi Sheryl, sorry to hear about your bad experience. we always strive to give our guests a positive and happy experience at our motel. we are having renovation done at the end of this summer for brand new and updated rooms for 2024. But for the bed not made is you should show the office employee when he or she is gone with you to leave you there. I always checked the room after ready to go.

I was hoping that you will be happy that the owner helped your Dad to get from the car and made feel that you are both comfortable in the room. I checked already pillows in the room all smell perfectly ok. Because every day I changed all my sheets and pillow protectors and pillow cases. Hope next time you will feel different.
