It was very good to stay this hotel. Has two separated rooms with queen bed. Comfy pillows with clean bed. Clean bathroom.

The property was great but the only issue I had was the pool. The pool was really nice, but the issue I had was the cost. It wasn't mentioned on Expedia that the pool cost money to use. The cost of using the pool one time for me and my gf more than doubled the cost of our stay. Would of been nice to know that upfront

가성비여행으로는 충분하나 재방문의사는 없어요

침구류를 빼고 바닥상태나 욕실 모서리부분엔 먼지가 쌓여있었고, 변기가 막히는 대참사까지 바로 변기문제 해결은 되었지만 기분은 별로 였어요 주말이라 사람이 많은지 스파온도 대기가 길어서 이용하지 못했습니다 조식도 사람이 너무 많아 음식이 제때 채워지지않았어요 재방문 의시 없습니다

리조트가 전체적으로 조용하고 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 숙박시설도 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 특히 샤워 물이 온천물 인것 같은데 온천물이 매우 좋았어요. 단점이라면 넓은 리조트 인데 산책할만한 곳이 없었고, 숙박시설에서 복도쪽에 있는 방은 외부 복도 소리가 그대로 다들려서 잠 잘때 불편했었네요

제가 가본 숙박중에 정말 최악이였어요

1박2일로 숙소이용 이용하면서 불편했던 점 (호텔측에도 전달했어요) 들어가자마자 모기가 너무 많아서 모기를 많이 잡았습니다. 들어가서 에어컨을 켰는데 체크인전부터 계속 요청드렸던 청결이였는데 바로 커다란 거미줄이 보였습니다. 거미줄을 사진을 찍으려는데 에어컨에 바람 나오는 곳에 쌓인 먼지가 보였어요 하루이틀 청소가 안된 먼지가 아니였어요. 화장실 조명이 플리커현상으로 눈이 너무 아파서 불을 못 켰습니다. 숙소는 복독에 한면으로 쭉 이어진 형태였고 복도가 24시간내내 불이 켜져있어야하는데 방안에 창문이 복도를 향하고 있어서 암막커튼에 효과가가 없었어요 발코니에 있는 실외기 소리가 정말 너무 커서 밤새 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 이용하시려는 분들은 꼭 참고하시고 청결에 대한 부분 꼼꼼히 요청하세요 .

제가 가본 숙박중에 정말 최악이였어요

저는 14일부터1 5일 5동 212호에서 숙박했어요 체크인 전부터 전화로 , 호텔예약 요청사항에도 애기랑 함께가니 청결 부탁드린다 말씀드렸던 상황이구요 체크인하려고 차에서 내리는데 매미소리가 정말 크게 들었어요 여름이라 그런가보다 산이라 그런가보다 하고 웃어넘겼는데 5동으로 들어서자마자 모기들이 너무 많아서 애기가 24개월도 안됐는데 모기에 물릴까봐 걱정되서 정말 후다닥 들어가고 리퀴드모기향 챙겨간거랑 객실비치1개 있어서 얼른 틀었어요 들어가자마자 에어컨 위에 거미줄이 보였고 프론트에 전화를 드렸어요 그랫더니 메이드분 얼른 보내주신다고 해서 네 알겠습니다 하고 전화를 끊고 다시전화드려서 아 메이드분이 들어오실때 모기가 같이 들어올수도 있으니 그냥 1박 참고자겟다 하고 혹시모르니 사진은 찍어두자 하고 가까이 갔어요 근데 에어컨 먼지가 정말 몇년은 안닦은 먼지였어요...그래서 에어컨 가동을 정말 간혈적으로 어쩔 수 없을때만 했구 화장실 조명은 플리커현상때문에 눈이아파서 못켰구요 (동영상이 첨부가안되네요) 방에 복도창문이 있어서 복도가 24시간동안 불이켜져있어 암막커튼에 효과가 없었습니다. 발코니에 실외기 소리는 아기가 헬리콥터 왔다고 말할만큼 시끄러웠구요 객실에 손님이 몇일동안 없었던건지 청소상태가 너무 안좋았어요 화장실물때며 바닥청소며 집에가고싶단 생각이 너무 들었지만 애기를 데리고 옮길곳이 마땅치 않았고 다음날 체크아웃후 호텔에는 말씀드렸습니다. 애기랑 이 호텔 가시려는분들은 정말 많이 고민해보세요 저는 제가 지금껏 다녔던 여행지호텔중에 정말 최악이였어요

수영장을 제외하고는 전반적으로 만족스럽지는 못했던 것 같습니다. 1. 입실시간을 정확히 지켜야 하고, 그렇지 못한 경우에는 추가 비용(11,000원)을 내야했습니다. 2. 엘리베이터와 복도의 냉방이 전혀 되지 않았습니다. 엘리베이터는 송풍 기능만 켜 둔 것 같았습니다. 3. 청결 수준은 보통입니다. 4. 물품을 빌리는 경우에는 deposit을 해야 했습니다. 5. 조식뷔페: 음식의 종류가 많지 않습니다. 결제하는 곳과 음식을 담는 곳 등의 동선이 겹쳐서 어수선합니다. 음식맛은 보통이상입니다. (성인 3만원대 가격에 비한다면 적당한 수준) 6. 객실 내 방충망이 파손된 곳이 많아 제 기능을 하지는 못하였습니다. 7. 엘리베이터가 건물에 하나만 있어서 대기 시간이 길었습니다(특히 아침 퇴실시간 등) 8. 스파는 깔끔하긴 합니다만 작아서 동네 목욕탕 정도였습니다. 시설 대비 이용료가 비싼편입니다. 9. 한 번은 가볼만 합니다. 주변에 추천하기는 어려울 것 같습니다.

스파가 훌륭한 더앤리조트

시설 이용료가 좀 비싸기는 하지만 스파 너무 좋고 수영장은이용하지 않았지만 다음번에 갈 때는 이용해볼 의사가 있습니다. 아주 고급스럽지는 않지만 전반적인 시설과 서비스 마음에 듭니다.

만족은 중간정도

숙소 상태에 비해서 가격이 너무 세네요. 도착하자마자 세면대 물 안내려가서 프론트에 전화했습니다. 다행이 빨리 오셔서 고쳐주시긴 했어요. 그리고 변기 뚜껑이 제대로 열리지가 않아서 뚜껑 등에 업고 볼일을 봐야했어요. 냉장고 열 때 겉에 있는 문이 잘 열리지 않아 불편했습니다. 그래도 만족스러운 여행이였지만, 더앤리조트가 오픈한지 1년 밖에 안되었다고 하기엔 여기저기 불편한게 있었네요.

완공된지얼마안됨 = 아직깨끗 건설자재 B급이하 디럭스더블룸숙박 큰침대하나 앤드 방하나 있는데 바닥선호자있어 이불 요 찾다가 문의하니 22천원받고 방이 있으나 과금하네요 온천 나온다는데 그냥 목욕도 투숙객기준22천원 애들물놀이가실불만 가셔요 약2년내로

온천 이용하고 꿀잠했습니다.

두 번째 방문이었는데 이번에도 편안하게 잘 쉬고 왔습니다. 이번에는 온천 이용하고 싶어서 갔는데 저녁 늦게 도착하니 이용하는 분이 저 외에 한 분 있어서 너무 쾌적하게 잘 이용했어요. 규모는 좀 협소하지만 예민하지 않다면 칫솔 하나만 들고 가도 될 정도로 다 갖춰져 있었고 관리가 잘 되어있는 것 같아서 이용하는데 불편함이 없었습니다.

생각보다 외진 곳에 있어서 겨울보다는, 여름이 좋을 듯해요~~^^; 겨울에 갔더니, 계단은 낙상 위험 때문에 출입 통제고, 주중이라 시네마온천도 안되고 해서 위치는 외져있고 즐길거리는 별루였습니다. 실내 온천도 가격대비 그닥.😌 그나마 제일 좋았던 건, 레스토랑 음식이 맛있었던 거~👍 위생은, 전에 쓰신 분이 베란다에 버리고 간 쓰레기가 그대로 있어 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 아무튼 겨울보단 여름이 볼거리 즐길거리가 많을 듯해요~^^
