The building is very large and empty, so it feels a bit spooky. The halls are dark and dirty. The room is okay, and the view is great.

The location was good. The place seems to be nice in the past but terribly kept. Our room has molds as shown in the pictures. The AC in one of the rooms didn’t work so it was bad and we had to demand to be moved (temperature was 41C) Beds weren’t the most comfortable but we stayed for night so we survived. Definitely wasn’t worth the price. But I think if they just do some renovations it will be okay.

방진짜많아요, 건물이 지어진지좀되어서 좀낡은것들이 보여요, 해변도가깝고, 객실도 넓고, 해돌리볼수있어서, 좋아요, 바다뷰짱, 호텔앞에 서핑하는사람 토요일 아침부터있어요 , 숙박가격대비 괜찮아요

딸이 부부새해 맞이로 예약을 했는데 너무 실망 스러웠어요 리조트 상태가 외관도 언제 운영을 했는지 모를정도로 오랫동안 사용을 안한건물을 갑작스럽게 오픈을 했는지 엉망그자체로 내부시설도 위생상태는 물론이고 난방시설도 작동이 되지않아 밤늦게 돌아가고 추위는 물론이고 내부시설또한 최악이라 잠을 잘수 없는 분위기 두명의 직원으로 운영을 제대로 이루어지지 않아 민원해결도 안됨 최악이였어요 어쩔수 없이 우리 부부는 새해를 맞이했어요 시트상태도 엉망 모텔보다도 못한시설을 비싼가격에 너무 속상했어요

현관에 중문이 없네요!

리모델된 호실로 바꿔 주었는데요! 화장실 , 현관문 개폐가 불량(여닫을때마다 바닥이 닿아 소리가 나고 뻑뻑하고 좌변기 커버가 부서저 떨어져 있고 홀,복도등 공용 통행 동성 청소가 전혀 않되어 폐가 수준 ~~~ 바다쪽 발코니 청소가 안되어있고 너무 지저분하여 나가볼 생각이 않남. 좀 속은 기분이 더 들더라고요!

비수기라 그런지 관리가 너무 안되고 있네요. 숙소는 그런대로 깨끗한 편이었지만 그외 시설은 정비할 필요가 있어 보여요. 위치는 바닷가 앞이라 정말 좋습니다.

급 여행을 가게되 가족과 함께 잠만 잘 곳으로 선택 정말 충격정입니다. 일단 입구 부터 곰팡이 냄새가 심하게 나고 방안에는 말할것도 없고 머리카락이 여기저기 청소를 안한듯 합니다. 그리고 오래되어 시설이 오래되더라도 너무나 불결한 느낌입니다. 오래되도 할머니네 가면 이런느낌 없잖아요 ? 힘든 밤을 보내고 체크아웃 전에나왔습니다.

바다 앞에 있어요~ 6명이 갔는데 침대방 빼고 이불2세트만 주심...베게2개.. 방 1칸은 선풍기도 없고 에어컨도 없어서 사용 안함~ 거실 에어컨도 그렇게 시원한건 아님~ 천장 몰빙이 떨어져서 덜렁거려요 바다 앞이고 잠만 자고 나오는거면 좋아요~

소중한 가족여행의 추억

건물이 정동향 비치 바로앞이고, 방이 오션뷰여서 테라스에서 밤바다와 새벽 일출의 장관을 다 즐기는 좋은 추억을 만들었다. 시설이 낡았지만 부분적인 수선을 통해 보수되고 테라스와 건물 뒷편을 제외하고는 청결했다.

쬐금 오래된리조트이기도하고 관리인이 따로있기에 꼭필요한 것외는 손데지않아서인지 을씨년스러우나 단체로 하루이틀잠만 자는것은 가성비에비해 그런데로 사용할만 하네요

오션벨리 문을 열고 들어섰을 때 실내환기가 탁해서 불쾌하였으나 프런트 직원의 밝은 미소로 다시 기분 전환을. 일층 남자화장실의 청소상태가 너무 불결하다며 남편이 일층화장실이 꺠끗해야는거 아니냐고..... 609호 천장은 거미줄이 ㅠㅠ 방과 화장실 거실 모두 깨끗하였지만 화장실 샤워기에 손이 베이는 참상도 있었습니다. 작은 부분을 좀 더 세심히 신경써주시면 좋을거같아요. 주변이 조용해서 가족들과의 여행길에 머물기는 참 좋았습니다. 개인적으로 일층 현관의 모든 시설물을 밝은 환경으로 해 주셨으면 합니다. 다음에 양양을 간다면 또 들러볼 의향이 있긴 합니다만, 꼭 갈거같진 않아요.

너무 만족합니다.

크게 기대하지 않았는데. 낙산사 해수욕장 뷰가 너무 좋고 외관과 시설은 노후된 감이 좀 있으나. 실내를 리모델링 해서 깔끔하도 너무 좋습니다. 이 가격에 뷰와 바다 접근성을 고려하면 괜찮은 선택이라고 생각합니다.

위치만 좋다.

로비의 첫인상은 리조트가 아니라 대정리하는 창고 같았다. 복도는 깜깜했고 방은 더러운데, 화장실 세면대에서 코풀면 바닥으로 그대로 쏟아져 발에 튀었다.. 3박4일 청소 서비스가 없어 매일 쓰레기는 스스로 버려야했으며 사용한 수건은 프론트에서 교환해야했다.(목욕탕인줄) 게다가 1층 공동화장실은 오랫동안 관리를 않해 귀신이 나올듯 칙칙하고 지저분하며 꾸리한 냄새가 났다. 이게 과연 하루 30만짜리 숙박이고 서비스인가? 숙박객의 재방문은 전혀 바라지않는 그저 한탕만 해먹으려는 것 아닌가. 위치만 좋았다.
