"Fairly new hotel with fantastic location right in front of the Naksan Beach. The retail shops around the hotel were not fully open as it was non-peak season. Friendly staffs yet inexperienced and not very knowledgeable (especially restaurant host). 2 major flaws needs to be addressed: 1. Shower door knob is very tiny and impossible to open the door after using the shower. 2. Major elevator issue - had to wait at least 5+ minutes everytime trying to use the elevator. "First of all, the staff were really professional and nice. The viewfrom the room was great, too. One drawback is that I wish I could have known in advance on the website that I needed to wear aqua shoes to enter the infinity pool. Also, I didn't quite understand why the check-in process starts at 3 PM. Even if entering the room is from 3 PM, I wish I could have checked in earlier."

"The room was pretty much a no frills room. Had induction stove top but no pans, dishes or silverware. Had a washing machine but not hooked up. No bidet. The elevator was a mess. Five floors of parking and 21 floors of rooms. During busy times had to wait for several cars before actually getting on. There weren’t enough parking so the guests were parked on the ramps or where ever they found a spot. The TV was programmed to shut off and couldn’t cancel the auto shut off. It definitely was challenging stay."

"It was such a fun experience for the kids. They loved doing the search to find their treasure once we arrived in the room. The room was nice and big, was nice to have the kids separate. The water was hot in the shower but noticed some tiles that needed to be replaced as they were coming out of the wall. You do need to get in quick if you want to book a session for the activities provided by the resort. The restaurant food was pretty average, would've liked more variety. Legoland itself was very quiet, even for a hot day. Half the rides were open from 10-2pm, then they closed and the other half open from 2-5pm. As it was off peak season it felt like we had the whole park to ourselves, this was good for our daughter who didn't have to wait in line and could just hop on any ride straight away. It's such a good and fun experience for the kids."
