The hotel was very clean and well maintained.
The view was amazing, with the ocean right in front of the hotel.
I loved being able to hear the sound of the waves, and there was a wide pine tree walking trail along the coast, which was perfect for relaxing strolls.
I went with a friend, and it was a truly healing and peaceful getaway.
I would definitely love to visit again.

Best ocean front/ocean view property. It’s very nice, clean, spacious place. The view from the room was to die for. You wake up to a beautiful sunrise you can watch from the room. It was well awesome!!

The clerk who checked us in was very patient and kind. He explained to us where to park and to call them from the hotel phone should we needed anything. The ocean view room was clean and comfortable after a 5 hour drive.

Hotels.com and Google maps have this place incorrect on the map, the Residence is very close to the beach. We thought we had booked a place in town. We easily caught the bus to and from the residence to the train station using NAVER maps. A big new complex in new condition. We loved our room with an excellent shower, the bed a bit too hard and small for us. There’s new cafes and restaurants popping up around the complex. The pool times need booking which includes access to the pool bar. We didn’t try the breakfast.

객실정비 알아서 해주기 기다리면 안되고 얘기해서 시간을 잡아놔야했어요 신축이라 깔끔한건 좋았고 마지막날은 샤워실 배수가 잘 안되는게 조금 불편했고 룸서비스도 중단인지 관련내용이 없어서 몇가지 어수선한 분위기는 있었지만 직원분들은 친절하셔서 강릉에서 아이랑 가기에는 좋은 숙소인듯합니다

오픈한지 얼마 안되서 컨디션이 좋은 것도 있겠지만, 구성이 정말 좋았습니다. 자주 이용할 것 같아요. 주차장도 넓고, 레지던스 객실 구성은 호텔에 굳이 가지 않아도 될 수준입니다. 욕실의 샤워기와 욕조 분리된 구조 좋았고, 콘센트가 이곳저곳 여러 위치에 있습니다. 직원들 굉장히 친절하고, 대응이 맘에 들었습니다.
