โAltes Haus mitten im Stadtzentrum mit 3 wunderschรถn renovierten Zimmern, die nur รผber enge, steile Treppen zu erreichen sind. Badezimmer ist im Detail etwas schludrig gemacht, aber insgesamt sehr schรถn.
Parking findet sich im nahegelegenen Westgate-Einkaufszentrum, keine 5 Minuten entfernt.
Wermutstropfen: WiFi ist unbenutzbar - 50 KB/s reicht nicht mal zum einfachen Surfen. Wer vom Hotelzimmer aus arbeiten muss, hat schlechte Karten, denn das GSM-Netz vor Ort ist auch nicht besser.โ
โI was a bit flustered when I arrived but my host took it in his stride and walked me through everything. I was especially surprised and grateful for the free top up for my EV as this can be a bone of contention on trips. The only thing I feel could be helpful would be to offer a fan for the room as there is no A/C and it was particularly hot but, apart from that minor issue, it was a lovely stay and I hope to return again soon. โ
โCharacter filled place with a lovely, quiet room. Great decor, comfy bed and a clean bathroom with a great shower. Friendly staff. 10 minute walk over scenic bridge to the heart of the university area. Recommend.โ
