“the room needed refreshing,drain smell,apart from that enjoyable”

“We stayed 3 nights in a bleak February. The weather was bad, but the room was warm and cosy. The dining hall was shut, but a continental breakfast was laid out on the landing and a small table and chairs provided in the room. Cooked breakfast was available for a small extra fee, but we didn't feel we needed one. We were in the Cream Room and we were pleased that the "private bathroom" was en suite.which we weren't sure of from the description. This is a working farm. The field opposite during...

“Room not the cleanest, false fingernail and tissue left by the side of the bed and thick dust on the top of the oak beam. Breakfast was excellent but the table was very sticky. Bedroom front door did not close properly and let a large of cold air into the room”

“Easy parking Did not use spa Owners away so could not get breakfast in but they recommended a cafe just down the road Was a bit unsure about the front door being unlocked but apparently most hotels and B & Bs do that nowadays Lovely place”
