"Stayed because my next train was scheduled to depart from Anand Vihar Station (ANVT). Golden Tulip was a better option near ANVT. However, quite far from IGI airport. Hotel ambiance is decent and good for buisiness stay and family stay. Many airport taxis does not know the location and you need to contact hotel front desk for driving guidance."

"Rooms are not well maintained and very unhygienic. Bedsheets were unclean looks like they did not change the bedsheet from ages. I had to call the housekeeping to change the bedsheet. Cost were very uncomfortable to sleep. Overall worst stay and zero value for money. I could have preferred some better hotel. Highly not recommended to anyone."

"The complimentary breakfast was denied by hotel on both days although booking email clearly states that it's included. The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number."

"The reception is on the 1st floor and there are no sign boards anywhere. It was confusing at first because I went around not finding anyone. Then the AC in the room was not working. I had to change twice. But the staff was helpful and took prompt action."

"Even though we booked 2 night's stay, we stayed only for 8 hours. Check-in was in afternoon, and we informed the hotel about our late check-in due to international flight late arrival. We checked in at 3 a.m. (almost 13 hours late), still room was not ready or clean. After numerous requests, toiletries were finally provided at 9 a.m. Breakfast was also not at all satisfactory.
