Security harassed my 18 year old son after one of them informed him to step off of the casino floor and he did. Another security guard approached him and attempted to take his ID while he was a guest at the hotel.

Staff was great, everything went smooth. However. The “pool view” was pretty lackluster, since the pool was out of service. It was emptied and being worked on. The only other complaint I would have, is my room was muggy and coolish… I wouldn’t say the AC worked as well is other hotels in the area. I made sure it was constantly on and set lowest, but it was still a sweaty mess when I was trying to sleep. But other than that, I can’t really say anything bad. It was clean enough and the proximity of it is great. It’s an older casino for sure. I remember gambling there and the imperial palace back in the day (24 years ago) but they’ve done it good to update it and keep things nice for the consumer
