I would suggest requesting quiet room if sensitive to noise. Room 110 is very noisy because of service elevator and trams. Hotel is so beautifully designed. Bartek the restaurant waiter is exceptional . Food is delicious with incredible presentation. Breakfast is quite good.

I made the right choice staying for two nights at this beautiful 5-star hotel. The check-in was superb, with Asia greeting me with a big smile and I was even upgraded! A young man came to offer me a drink and also helped with my luggage to my room. The spa is very relaxing, and I loved the attention from Silvia, who checked in on me, offered me tea, and then brought it to me in the lounge area - a true pleasure. The room service was also excellent. I'd also like to commend the night team at the concierge desk. Looking forward to coming back soon!" The hotel is very nice and clean. It is within a walkable distance to the city center and multiple restaurants. The noise level from the street can be overwhelming at times (especially with the trams passing). The noise made it challenging for us to get rest. We were also surprised that the staff did not offer to help with our luggage given the 5-star rating. Overall, the stay was okay.

Fantastic room [the larger suites], solid breakfast and service at restaurant. Jacuzzi and Saunas is a great place to relax - very clean. What could be improved is to provide body wash small bottles n rooms with bathtub. Gym, while good use of space, is tiny and could have heavier dumbbells to get a workout Also, has dog friendly rooms in case travling with family/friends that have small dogs. Location next to park and creek ideal for walking, jogging, and biking. Overall 9/10

Wow! this hotel is everything as a frequent solo traveler it exceeded my expectations best hotel I have ever stayed in it’s an easy 5 star all round from me. Every member of staff within the hotel were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. I stayed in the mezzanine room with views overlooking the gardens simply stunning, made use of the spa facilities which were included in the room rate and such a relaxing space. I returned from being out one evening to the room and cookies had been left on table with a lovely note, curtains had been closed and all cozy for the evening such a lovely gesture. Breakfast the following morning was amazing such a great variety to choose from and you also had a choice from the Al a carte menu. If you haven’t already visited this hotel then you should 100% recommend thank you for a wonderful stay.
