Rooms were spacious, clean, gym was fantastic, and staff were all so kind

One of the best hotels we've stayed in, across many countries. The staff are so polite+friendly and helpful. Love the sweet popcorn/nougat snacks and coffee+tea bags that they provide. The rooms are very quiet, clean, spacious, modern and chic with great attention to detail. The bathroom is really big with two large basins, an extra magnified makeup mirror on the side of the wall and a shower + separate bathtub. They have a great gym. The bed is so comfortable, and the room is dark enough with blockout curtains. The hotel is also very close to a few different station entrances.

Overall all good, convenient to anywhere.

I think our floor had recently been renovated - everything felt fresh and clean. Bathroom was large with a soaking tub and standing shower area. We could not figure out how to get the shower door to stay closed the first night but after housekeeping came through the door stayed shut! There was a dehumidifier in our room to support the AC. Breakfast buffet was decent - the Taiwanese side was overall stronger than the Western side. The free laundry room was a godsend. Location was relatively convenient, especially steps away from a red line station. Did take some walking or travel to the better night markets and restaurants, but we wanted a quieter location. Very comfortable stay!

Clean room. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Close to MRT.
