We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location and the room size were good, but the rooms were not as advertised. The beds are hard, towels and sheets are thin, and no toiletries included. The place provided hair and body wash but they were terrible products. No shower curtains - this made for a giant mess in the bathrooms after showers. Extra towels needed to be requested but the towels were so small and thin. Would never stay here again unless you bring all your own amenities. Also! On the last night, a giant cockroach ran through the bathroom. Yuck!!

This is most likely one of the most heartfelt reviews I’ve ever written — because the experience at Maia Resort was simply exceptional. Even though the weather during our stay was cold and rainy — which meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the private pool or spend much time on the beach — the resort still managed to create an unforgettable experience for us. We were upgraded to a stunning two-bedroom beachfront suite, and it was absolutely outstanding. The space was beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and waking up to the sound and view of the ocean every morning was pure magic. The attention to detail, comfort, and privacy made it feel like a true luxury escape. What truly made the difference, however, was the level of service. The operational manager Minh went far beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was handled perfectly. One particularly memorable moment was when he personally assisted with arranging and receiving a flowers delivery from downtown at 9pm, ensuring it reached our suite smoothly and discreetly. That level of care, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality is extremely rare. Despite the challenging weather, Maia Resort turned what could have been a disappointing stay into a warm, elegant, and deeply memorable experience. The team’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set this resort apart.
