“Hotel a little run down. Clean. Staff helpful when we needed them. Parking very difficult. Elevator worked well. Plumbing very noisy in the walls. Local gathering outdoor area across the street which can be noisy at times. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. ”

“직원분들도 친절하고 시설도 대체적으로 만족스러웠다. 다만 해변과는 거리가 있어 다소 불편하다 느낄 수 있다. 하지만 리조트에서 자체적으로 무료 셔틀을 운영하고 있으며, 차가 있다면 별로 문제 될 것이 없다. 다시 기회가 된다면 또 가고 싶은 곳이다.”

“Wir hätten volle Punktzahl gegeben wenn man nicht so eine schlechten Zimmerservice bieten würde. Das schlimmste ist das man Toilettenpapier hinterherlaufen muss oder es sich selber kaufen muss, alle 4-5 Tage kommt jemand um ein bisschen etwas zu machen wie Handtücher, Bettwäsche alle 7 Tage. Toilettenpapier bekommt man nur wenn man sich an der Rezeption beschwert. Das ist wirklich sehr schade. Ich hoffe dieses ändert sich und dann kommen wir bestimmt nächsten Urlaub wieder. Wir werden es...

“Das Hotel wurde in einem tollen Boho-Stil renoviert und bietet eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Alle Mitarbeiter sind durchweg sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut, es wird immer aufgefüllt. Die Umgebung ist grandios, das Meer ist so nah und auch die Dünenlandschaft mit dem roten Berg im Hintergrund versprüht eine magische Wirkung. Da viele Sportler im Hotel zu Gast sind, ist die Atmosphäre sehr locker mit einem coolen Surf-Vibe. Das Essen im Hito 257 ist ein Muss,...

“To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this....

“Wir waren für 6 Nächte in einer Junior Suite mit Meerblick und hatten All Inclusive gebucht. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber (bis auf die Armaturen im Bad). Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft (bis auf den Abend mit Chinesischem Essen) mit einer sehr guten Auswahl. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dass der Aufenthalt im Spa Bereich (Innenpool und Whirlpool) extra gekostet hat, fanden wir ungerechtfertigt.”

“The property was good, and the staff could not be more welcoming. I feel i made a mistake booking this hotel however, as the area is quite noisy. I also found the bloke who does the water aerobics unnecessarily loud. With maybe a hundred people relaxing around the pool, the noise he and his music makes for 4 or 5 participants was disproportionate and really spoiled my otherwise peaceful reading/relaxation time. Good hotel, but I won’t visit again.”

“We went for stag do and found that location wise it was perfect. The Breakfast wouldn't meet the standards for everyone but for what you pay there was no complaints. There are also plenty of alternative places within walking distance if you want to get food. We also visited Siam Park which is about a 10/15 minute walk from reception but be prepared as it's uphill. The reception staff were great and polite and the pool was big and warm. It did look like they had some Childrens entertainment...
