Had a lovely few days here. The bungalows were lovely, clean and comfortable. The food was not the best but fine for a few days. Breakfast probably the best meal. Only 10 mins walk to the beach with shops and restaurants. About 30 mins to the main Playa Blanca beaches but there are taxis available. The hotel is definitely in a windy spot as others have said but the heated pool made up for that!

Disappointing

Atlantic Gardens was a disappointment. Our bungalow was clean and in reasonable condition, but the outside areas were in very poor condition with pealing paintwork. The hotel seems to be mostly used by package holday companies which made the pool area very busy and congested. Most people seemed to put towels on sunbeds very early! Pool towels were not supplied. We were surprised to be asked to pay to use the room safe. The breakfast included in our booking was poor quality. On the positive side when we complained about the air conditioning not working, it was replaced within two days.

Peaceful tranquil holiday in the sun

We arrived at 11.30am so knew our room would be be ready. We were welcomed by a lovely receptionist who immediately set about giving us our all inclusive wrist bands so we could start our holiday. She told us to head back after lunch when our room would be ready. We enjoyed a couple of cocktails each, then our lunch and a walk to the promenade before checking in to our bungalow. The bungalow was decorated in white and was clean and spacious There was a lounge/diner with a sofa, English TV, and a dining area, with patio doors leading to our private outdoor seating area. There was also a bedroom to the rear and a shower room. To the rear was an enclosed garden… too hot to sit in but ideal for drying clothes on the airer. Food was good, as were drinks. There seemed to be just one drinks menu which is kept behind the bar so just ask for it. Meals can be eaten inside or outside and outdoor tables are laid at mealtimes. The resort is shielded from the wind so always warm and calm. It’s much windier outside. Mini golf was covered in gravel so couldn’t be used but we walked up a nearby volcano and also walked along the promenade to the strip of shops. Both walks were lovely, picturesque and not too far. There were 2 pools, a jacuzzi and plenty of sunbeds even with people reserving theirs by 8am There was a singer on each night for entertainment. This was a lovely peaceful resort. If you’re looking for a chilled hot holiday this is the place for you.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Reichlich zu essen, insbesondere täglich unterschiedlichster Fisch als live cooking vom Grill. Einzig WiFi war nicht ganz konstant vorhanden im "Bungalow" und es werden Pool Plätze per Handtuch "reserviert", naja. Empfehlung: sea view Bungalows.

De très belles vacances dans un complexe 3 étoiles. La formule bungalow est parfaite. Un peu de confort avec chaise relaxe serait un ajout majeur. À l’intérieur, literie passable mais matelas et oreillers peuvent être remplacés. Les verres utilisèrent ne sont pas changés… dommage car le tout très propre. Accueil courtois sans plus. Le buffet est standard, Le vin proposé affreux hors que l’Île a de très bons vins! Dommage nourriture bonne, adaptée aux anglais ! Pas de plage proche et peu d’animations autour.

Hyvä kolmen tähden hotelliksi. Paljon eläkeläisiä mutta eipä se meitä haitannut. Ruoka ei kovin maittavaa, mutta kyllä sillä nälän sai pois. Lautaset usein pesun jälkeen vielä likaisia. Siivoojat tekivät hyvää työtä ja paikan yleisilme oli siisti ja puhdas. Pyyhe ralli alkoi ennen aamupalaa, joka hieman ärsytti. Varsinkin kun varataan aurinkotuolit ja ei saavuta itse paikalle vasta kuin puolen päivän jälkeen. Muutaman kilometrin kävelymatka ostoksille. Taksilla halpa mennä tuo väli jos ei jaksa kävellä. Paikallisbussilla edullista liikkua. Tulimme lentokentältä bussilla Playa Blancaan ja sieltä taksilla hotellille loppumatkan.
