“We really liked our two weeks at the hotel. my wife and I. I was however more than slightly unhappy by the lack of heating in the pools, which I reported through Expedia as well as not being offered a VIP upgrade or a few hours late checkout. The hotel guest services came back to me within hours and while it didn't make the pools warmer it did make us feel hugely better. Part of the remedy included the later checkout. I have to say the hotel restaurants have a have fantastically extensive menus...

“All of the hotel is clean. Staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very family friendly. We've been here several times and have enjoyed each experience.”

“Excellent amenities, helpful staff and good location. Only downside was a significant ant problem, although highlighted to reception they sent maintenance to clean/spray one day, it continued to attract ants. From pool conversations appears it's a problem in most accommodations not isolated, therefore dont leave anything on floor! Quiet/not too crowded late September. Breakfast okay, not well layed out but works.”

“After a couple of hick-ups with our room in the beginning that were sorted out well, we liked the room very much. We spent 2 weeks there while travelling the whole island with our rented car. We had a nice holiday despite the very strong winds on the island. We didn’t use the beaches for a long time like in other beach holidays but we travelled and seen almost everything in the whole island. Breakfast was a bit too boring for us and ended up eating mostly fruits which were in abundance and we...

“The villa very well equipped and clean and modern, Staff at reception were excellent and friendly.the bar staff so welcoming excellent hospitality. food is great and good value for money”

“The food and drinks were really terrible and this impacted the whole stay. The “partial ocean view” was a majority car park view. The whole property smelt really unpleasant as they blast a strong artificial fragrance everywhere. The hours for all of the restaurants were really inconvenient if you have young kids (the only restaurant that opens before 7 is the buffet). The kids entertainment was also really inconvenient for younger kids (it began at 8:30pm). The surrounding area is super touristy...

“Breakfast was lovely but only had dinner on the first night as not very good, but will definitely stay again.”

“The hotel cancelled our booking and moved us to another H10 hotel. The problem was it was miles from the centre and completely full. Not a single sunbed available at the main pool. Room was nice enough and breakfast was good but overall a poor experience.”

“The staff were so friendly, the hotel is in a good location ,very clean and the do a amazing buffet breakfast .Will deffinetly be back.”
