Beautiful and comfortable house. Rent a car or buy an express pass and use the bus, just be patient, it’s almost always on time!

Nice house in Yakushima

The house is clean and lovely. It was well equipped for what you need. We enjoy the stay there. However, the curtain in the bedroom is not fully covering the light and daylight outside. Also, for the first night we stayed, it was a windy and rainy night, we can't sleep since it is very noisy outside the window (there is a strap hanging around each window).

What I just can say is amazing! Cleanliness, hospitality, size of the house, amenity,,,etc. can't find the word to express. What is more, since this inn runs by local people, we can communicate with them! Let's imagine living in the cozy place, having delicious local food with Shochu, hearing the sound of wave, talk with local people feeling ancient forest. All those experience may purify your spirit.

This house is beautiful and clean and has everything you could possibly need. The host is amazing and so helpful. It’s in a great location close to the town of Yakushima. Unfortunately we got stranded on the island due to bad weather and our host Takashi extended our stay and helped us with monitoring the ferry situation. He is definitely a super host. I give the property 5 stars!
