““Absolutely disgusting. The floor was sticky and grimy in multiple spots, like it hadn’t been mopped in weeks, and there was a strong musty smell the moment we opened the door. Found hair in the bathtub and what looked like mold growing along the shower grout. Would not recommend.””

“Alkollü içecekler pahalıydı, kahvaltı yeterliydi belki peynir seçeneği artırılabilirdi bir de karbonhidrat onun dışında çok memnun kaldık teşekkür ederiz”

“Everything was really great! The reception people, particularly Moaz, were so kind and ready to help. I recommend this place with confidence, and joy. Get out from Istanbul for two days and be healed by the scenery, amazing breakfast and the hot springs.”

“به دفعات رفتم این هتل و یکی از بهترین ها و تمیزترینهلست”

“Spa is a bit small for family but price is very reasonable You can choose dinner including as an option”

“최악이었습니다. 심지어 사진은 다른호텔 온천사진이 포함되어 있고 예약할때 없던 추가금은 왜 예약 후 뜹니까? 시설도 최악입니다. 호텔에 휴지통도 없습니다.”

“I like a spacious room, so I made a reservation for a family suit, and the room was very spacious and clean. It was an old hotel, so it felt the floor looks old, but the sunset from the balcony was very beautiful. Other guests said at the review that the music outside was noisy, but it was rather good to hear. It was good to take a walk near the hotel in the morning too. I had a great stay at this hotel.”

“Gayet temiz ve huzurlu biryer beğendik.”

“The staff was good”

“Personel ilgiliydi. Ortam temizdi. Sadece konaklamak için yeterlidir.”

“Aşırı kötü bir gece konaklama geçirdik hatta geçiremedik böceklerden dolayı ve aşırı üşüdük klima vardı güya kumanda bıle yoktu resepsiyon da kimse yoktu isteyecek. En başından beri problem yaşadık zaten ilk geldik otel rezervasyonunuz gözükmüyor dediler boş odamız yok dediler başka şubelerine göndermek istediler sonra 1 saate boşalacak dediler saçma sapan süreç yani rezillik odada ayna bıle yoktu ışıklar çok kötüydü makyaj bile yapamadık hazırlanamadık kesinlikle bir daha tercih edebileceğimiz...

“Nice hotel a bit further out of Termal but easily walkable to centre. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Pool looked lovely but never got to try it due to weather at the time”
