The staff are very kind and accommodating, and the meals are absolutely delicious. You get a full suite of flavors and everything is clearly prepared with intense care and passion. The shared onsen is tranquil and relaxing, as is the in-room tubs if your room comes with one. The room itself had seen some wear, but it was clean and well-kept.

家族5人での宿泊で予約しました。 足の弱い母がいた為、ローベットのある部屋を予約し部屋風呂は諦めていたのですが部屋風呂もついて、快適に過ごせました。 ローベットのマットレス、私にはかたく感じましたが、母は大丈夫そうだったので人それぞれかなと思います。 夕食も朝食もボリュームがあり満足でした。 温泉街の散策をしましたが一箇所足湯があったのと、山形プリンのお店があったくらいで特に楽しめるところはなかったです。

食事がたいへんよかったです。量が少し多かったですが食べ切ってしまいました。 スタッフの挨拶なども気持ちよく接客して頂きました。 温泉も優しい泉質で何度も入って湯疲れすることもなく、部屋風呂を堪能できました。

接遇はとても感じ良かったですが、 お部屋のポット(お湯)が普通のポットだったので、沸かし直しが出来ず、朝、お茶飲む時にぬるかったです。 コンセントの位置があまり無く、延着コードはありましたが、充電しながらスマホしたい時に不便でした。

最高の癒し旅館

和風旅館ながら、中はモダンな雰囲気。ところどころの装飾にも癒され、部屋に備え付けのマッサージチェアにまったり🎶料理は、美しく最高に美味しかったです。個室での食事も、ゆっくりできました！

設備の不具合あり

大浴場の水栓の温度調整ができず熱くて使用出来なかった 部屋のエアコン能力不足で最大運転で対応したが、うるさいだけ。暑さも異常なので我慢！ 従業員さんの対応がすばらしいだけに残念。

最初に着いた時の車係の印象はイマイチでしたが後はとても満足して帰ってきました。お料理も一つ一つが手が込んでて見ても癒されましたし食べても美味しかったです。 ただ 夜はお酒を飲まなかったし朝もですが 食後にコーヒーのサービスが頂けたらと思いました

職場の元同僚、お世話なった方々を御招待し、80代70代60代の女性3人で露天風呂付きの部屋に宿泊しました。 まずは夕食、朝食共に心の籠った料理、大変美味しかったです。これまで様々な宿に行きましたが、3人共に大満足、個室でゆっくりとおしゃべりしながらいい時を過ごしました。お風呂も湯質良く満足。 しかしながら、残念な点が2点。 部屋のTVのリモコンが汚れていて、それなりの宿なのに大変残念でした。手で触る物なので清潔は当たり前です。また、エアコンの音、朝まで雨音と勘違いするほどでした。 日本旅館らしく古くでも味があり、落ち着くのですが、清潔には気を配ってほしかった。料理、お風呂が大変良かっただけに、大変残念でした。
