“We have really enjoyed our stay in this ryokan. Staff were super helpful and considerate. We arrived late at night. There was someone waiting there to greet us, then showed us their onsen which was a heavenly experience after a long day. “I enjoyed the dinner meal even though I made a rookie hot pot mistake.”

“This was a gem for our ski trip. Before checkin the staff was very helpful with transportation suggestions and questions. Because the road to the hotel is not drivable in the winter you call the hotel from the parking/bus area and they come and pick you up via snowmobile, this in itself was a fun experience for my son. The room was quite, clean, and had the right amenities. The food was Japanese but very good and staff ensures dietary restrictions are met. ”

“Good location. Close to train and bus station and convenience store. Good breakfast, Huge and clean room, and reasonable price. Facilities(incl. hot spring) were somewhat old need to repair or change. Wi-fi was suck.”

“Excelente hotel, personal y comida, nuestra estancia fue grandiosa, el cuarto muy limpio y con gran espacio. El desayuno y la cena fue buffet, con gran variedad y muy rico. El onsen privado muy agradable. También ofrecen servicio de renta de ski y de snowboard, al igual que la ropa y el equipo que necesites. Sin duda regresaré. ”

“The room is clean and the place is so quiet. Is convenient to travel to the park.”
