Hotel à éviter a tout prix.

Sejour d'une nuit catastrophique. L'accueil n'est pas au niveau par rapport au prix de l'hôtel. Accueil froid et non professionnel. On voulu nous faire payer pour une chambre déjà réglé, en plus ne cherche pas de solutions pour le client.vous devez vous débrouillé pour joindre hotel.com et leurs apporter la preuve que vous avez deja réglé. Chambre pas du tout comme sur la réservation. Nous avions pris une chambre avec deux grands lits, nous avons eu une chambre avec un lits double. Quand nous avons été voir la reception. Il nous dit que ca n'existe pas donc obliger de réglé 2 chambre. Cette hotel est à éviter à tout prix. Mobilier et équipements vétuste.
