“This home is great with four bedrooms and a nice backyard. Was a short walk to restaurants and pubs. A convenience store a few doors down made it easy to buy anything we needed from food, snacks and drinks including spirits and beer. Hosts when above and beyond our expectations for us to have a wonderful stay. After four days we left and forgot a few things at the home. “A group of us stayed for a weekend around a wedding. Excellent communication from booking onwards. A couple of tiny niggles were sorted straight away Everything was clean and we all had enough room (not your typical holiday let without enough room to open a suitcase)”

“Polly’s Place was a perfect place to stay on our recent visit to Freshwater. It’s small but perfectly formed and we would definitely stay here again. Off road parking, clean and comfortable. Good selection of teas, coffee, biscuits & milk in the fridge and bathroom toiletries. The hot tub was great and the garden chairs were the perfect way to chill out in the garden afterwards watching the birds feeding in the trees. Polly was lovely and the perfect host. ”

“The whole stay was marred not by the owners of property but for some reason a key opens more than one door and having booked a 8 the priory and it called sea view we got keys with number 5d on it. When we got there we found number 5 and it opened and locked for a couple of days . Then key would not let us out and when phoned for help we were told we were in wrong flat should have been number 8 . So it seems all keys for number 8 work in number 5 so shows a complete lack of security and the joke...

“Very close to train station. Very close to large grocery store. Many diverse take-away and dining options in the neighbourhood. We all had our own bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for entry were clear. Door key was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it eventually. Bus routes nearby. No complaints. Would not hesitate to book again. ”
