โJosie and Tony are the perfect hosts. Very pleasant and hospitable. Cleaning staff were very pleasant also. Perfect location opposite the lake and a short stroll up the main st. IGA right next door for any necessities or snacks or even a bottle of wine. โ
โThe Motel was a surprise. Units were not large, but the decor and bathroom were very modern and clean. Bed very comfortable and an excellent big TV. Owner Andrew was fantastic, helping us with early check in, local advice and printing out several documents for us. Very friendly.โ
โIt is a beautiful place. We will be back for a longer stay. Accommodation desk is not obvious as you enter, can that be improved? Our check in was not a great experience. The rest of the stay was very good.โ
โRoom 14 upstairs was surprisingly spacious and well laid out. The bed was comfortable, and the smart TV worked perfectly, making for a relaxing stay. The bathroom could use a little attention, but the shower pressure was excellent.
One of the highlights was how quiet it was inside the room โ no noise from downstairs at all. However, the outdoor fridge motor could be heard starting up occasionally, which was a minor disturbance.
The meals I had were lovely, and the staff were extremely helpful...

Stayed long weekend, breakfast first night on Friday was amazing but last day was so different. I think the staff should take notice when no orange juice and ask me to go to the bar, then the bar ask me to go to reception to request it be fillefโ
