"I checked in on short notice because of an unscheduled layover. The staff was so nice. In the morning I was having breakfast on the terrace and had a great veiw of bombs being intercepted, it was so cool! Great stay!"

"The staff were all amazing and very helpful - lovely to see so many genuine smiles. The hotel was spotless and modern. Breakfast was varied and well stocked regardless of the time you sat down. The restaurants were lovely with good quality food - although not stunning and a little expensive (coming from Britain). We had a standard double room with two extra beds and there was still room to move around. The pool was surprisingly small, but when we visited in February it wasn't crowded, the kids...

"We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. It felt unhygienic, especially since they use the swimming pool as part of their advertising to justify the price. The door passcode was hard to see because it goes dim when not in use. "Great hotel in the heart of Yas island - close to the airport, nearby access to all the theme parks and Yas mall as well. Walking distance to Yas waterfront which has some lovely restaurants. Clean, spacious room with complimentary water provided. Would stay here again "

"We had a beliw average experience with the property. The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had. - The floors were not super clean. "

"Be aware there is a SECURITY DEPOSIT which Bloomfields requires prior to check-in. It is stated within the house rules for the accomodation, which I did not read as I am travelling on business and treated the accomodation as a hotel. The security deposit is more in total than a 2-day stay. The deposit can be paid via an app called "Paymob", or a bank transfer, or cash. Use of the app led to my bank (a North American bank) freezing my credit card due to suspect activity. I had to resort to...

"Had toenails in shower, black mold everywhere,the bed had big spots in mattress wore out,no hot water. Dried food on floor. Had to keep socks and shoes on in the room until bedtime or your feet were black and very had to scrub off. Room was cleaner when we left, than it was when we arrived. I would have slept on floor but it was to nasty.the people you call for help never answer phone or check their email. Spent a lot of money for nothing worst stay ever "
