"This was genuinely the best stay I have ever had. The room and facilities were great, the food was utterly amazing, and the staff were so welcoming and caring. I spent four nights here and I wish I could stay for longer. While it’s a bit expensive, it is worth every yen. The staff was so helpful and made sure every second I spent there was incredible. "お盆休みに利用させていただきました。部屋にトイレがなく、共同トイレだった点は正直かなり不便に感じました。また、夕食や朝食の時間について、何人ものスタッフの方から個別に確認され、その都度同じことを伝えなければならなかったのも気になりました。特に残念だったのが夕食です。部屋でいただくスタイルでしたが、料理の提供にかなり時間がかかり、食事が終わるまで約2時間かかりました。大人だけならまだしも、子供連れで2時間の夕食はかなりきつかったです。また、料理と料理の間も時間が空き、その間スタッフの方も部屋にいないため、飲み物を追加で頼みたくてもなかなか頼めない状況でした。料理の味以前に、もう少しスムーズに食事ができるようにしていただきたかったです。スタッフの方々は挨拶もしっかりされていて、感じの良い方が多かっただけに、その他の部分が残念に感じました。"

One of our favorite parts of the stay was being able to immerse ourselves in the unique atmosphere of Kinosaki while returning each evening to such a peaceful and comfortable hotel. Every interaction with the staff reflected the warmth and care for which Japan is known. If you’re planning a visit to Kinosaki Onsen, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. It combines outstanding service, comfort, and an ideal location to create a truly unforgettable experience. We would gladly stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful town."

"A good spot to stay in Kinosaki. The room itself was pretty outdated with an old tv - I really enjoy when hotel TV's have casting capabilities which this one did not. But the service and meals service was excellent, it's a self-serve buffet style dining which is great if you're a slightly fussy eater like myself. A little disappointed that the room view was blocked by netting for maintenance, which Inwas advised prior to arrival but after booking. I think some form of discount would have been nice for the inconvenience considering I had booked a river view room."
