"I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. The TV’s and carpet look dated, but don’t let that deter you from renting here. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very kind, professional and helpful. I had the city view, which gave me amazing sunset views. I did not use the amenities, but friends I was did and enjoyed their time. I would definitely book here again."

"This was a nice little no frills place on the edge of town. It's a motel not a hotel. The included breakfast, was the standard, but always good. The room was nice, but nothing special. I knew what I was getting when I booked this place and it was perfect for my needs. Not overly luxurious, but nice and comfortible. It was clean and parking was good, too."

"I love staying at the Hassayampa Inn. It feels like our home away from home, but it's also a beautiful place, with charming details and a feeling of Southwest chic. It's also nifty to be able to walk around in downtown Prescott and visit our favorite shops and restaurants. I love historic hotels, and this one is at the top of my list."

"The staff was rude, the rooms had bed bugs, urine stains and broken toilets. The place smelled of smoke even when we asked for non-smoking rooms. We tried to ask for a refund (we were only there for an hour) due to the bed bugs and smell. The elderly man who refused to admit he was the manager called the police on us when we asked for our money back. We were booked there for 2 nights and security deposits. We barely stayed there an hour. Upon the police arriving, the elderly man finally gave us back our security deposits and for 1 night stay. The police said they are called there alot for that problem. I booked with Hotels.com and they contacted the site with the pictures I emailed and they still refused to refund the portion of the payment. This place is a dump. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"The outside was a lot more old looking than the pictures lead you to believe, but the rooms themselves were redone beautifully. The lobby area was clean, but the air conditioner was filthy and in fact, my husband who's allergic to mold had a terrible time by the second day, trouble breathing, lots of nausea (without eating anything). On Hotels.com it said "includes breakfast". We weren't the only ones expecting "breakfast". What we got was a "grab n go": a brown paper bag with 2 granola bars, gummy snacks, an apple and an orange. No hot breakfast, tons of sugar and low on protein. The front desk person was super nice, but it was a little off-putting that she wore the same shirt, cow print pajamas and no shoes Fri. when we checked in, Saturday in the lobby, and still on Sunday when we checked out. Because my husband was sick we didn't check out the pool or sitting area featured in the hotel's photos. A quick drive by them seemed like they were nice. Rooms are beautiful inside, but outside felt cheap. Not a bad place, just not as nice on the outside as the photos lead you to believe."
