Had major problems with the card key had to go to the front desk every day to get a new one. Room service -Breakfast was good, Furniture was worn and stain, beds very uncomfortable this resort needs to be upgraded.

Room was clean and spacious. Had a nice view of the valley. The lights at night were very pretty. We only had decaf in our room for a coffee choice. Staff member was very helpful and polite. We got bottle waters, and an upgraded room. We didn't try breakfast. But overall was very nice.

The rooms are dated and need an upgrade. The carpet in our room was rumpled and a tripping hazard. While the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is silly small - the door opens with a 2” clearance from the toilet. Lack of room service in the evening is a bummer since we arrived tired around 7:30pm. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, there were no dining facilities open during our stay. We had to leave the property to find local places to dine. Luckily, we were familiar enough with the area to locate options. We stay mainly because of it being attached to the casino. Some of the benefits listed for my Expedia VIP stay were not offered. The front desk staff is always very courteous-we've stayed many times in the past but hadn't been in well over a year. My honest thoughts are that the rooms need a bit of a face lift. The carpets are well worn and buckled. The lobby area is very pleasant and the views from the back patio/fire pit area are amazing.

The staff went out of their way to make us happy! They were so friendly, especially Andrea and the front desk manager!! The room was clean, when the restaurant was open it was very good and we had an amazing view of the city of Prescott! The only negative thing we experienced was the bed. We both sunk into the middle of the bed. We would definitely stay again!

The Prescott Resort is a beautiful property with a lot of charm, but it does feel a bit outdated in certain areas. The rooms are spacious and clean, but it’s surprising that there’s no microwave included, which would have been really convenient. On the positive side, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of towels provided during my stay. If you stay on the fourth floor, you’ll get a stunning view overlooking downtown Prescott — definitely one of the highlights of the resort. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great views and wonderful staff, but could use a few modern updates.
