"I called to cancel the booking and explained due to the bad weather, raining all day, in Pensacola from 5/25 to 5/27/2026. The staff took my phone said she would cancel the booking for me but look like she did nothing. This is their number +1 (850) 208-0100. I waited for 3 days and there is no refund back so I called them then no one answered the call. I have reported this to expedia."
