They made sure to be friendly each time i passed them. The front desk and housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect!"

"The "beach" is an area with sand the enters to the pier which has stairs that go to murky water by a retaining wall. There are public beaches just minutes away though. Staff is great, the vibe is amazing for families, solo travelers or couples. Great location, everything is 15 minutes away. Our room smelled strongly of cigarettes and the AC sprayed water on us as we were entering/leaving."

"We only stayed here for one night but our stay was super comfortable. The rooms and the hotel building overall smelled so nice and was maintained very well. It looked like it was renovated recently. The staff was kind and helpful and parking was a breeze. We also really enjoyed the breakfast; there were plenty of options enough for all the guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Pensacola."

"I have been a frequent traveler since 2013 and have stayed at many Best Western properties over the years. Unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. The online pictures are extremely misleading regarding the “waterfront/beach” property, pool area, and surrounding grounds. There is essentially no beach as portrayed in the listing photos. The most concerning part of our brief stay was the bathroom condition. While taking a shower, I looked up at the ceiling area and noticed what appeared to be BLACK MOLD above the shower. That immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness and safety. I contacted Expedia to request cancellation of the reservation. Expedia asked whether we had spoken with the hotel directly, but since the reservation was booked through Expedia, there were no alternative rooms or “upgrades” available to resolve the issue. Overall, this property did not meet expectations, and the condition of the room made us uncomfortable enough that we chose not to stay."

"This place was awful. No phone, no lamps (there was a florescent light on the wall) no hair dryer, no clothes hangers, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The whole toilet was crooked, the bath towels were dirty. We found a cockroach on the floor. We had to leave a $100 cash deposit and when we went to leave at 7:30 am, the front desk clerk said we couldn't get it back until after 9am. That made us an hour and a half late leaving for our next destination. Would not recommend. I will never stay there again!"
