โVery comfortable bed and huge toilet and shower booth. But check in service is extremely slow, you gotta eat out something to wait check in done. Receptionist didnt say about taking a receiept, i had a trouble to get back my 50 rm deposit. After checking 2 garbage bags by my hands, still i couldnt find my receipt. I almost got crazy to being that,โ
โIn addition to convenient location and beautiful traditional architecture, the staff of the hotel was very friendly, kind and helpful. Particularly, Tom gave us all the best of help when we suffered from some trouble. We had a great experience at the hotel thanks to the wonderful staff, despite an embarassed trouble losting an important item in Penang. โ

The room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a lot of black mould that needs bleaching/removal. I also had to clean the toilet properly before using.
