"My stay at this hotel was okay. The room was very nice. Looked exactly like the photos. What brings the grade down for me is the amenities and the quality of service from the staff. The toilet in my room worked properly, however the water in the toilet would periodically begin to give off a foul unpleasant odor. When I addressed the issue with the staff, nothing was done to correct the issue. Not sure if it is related to some sort of plumbing issue, but hopefully it is corrected in the future. Additionally, several times myself and my companion attempted to order room service to our room, these items were never delivered.. Other than that the hotel is ok. Bedding was fine. Very large Television. View was beautiful. It is located in a quiet area. Typically only took ~30 Mins to get to downtown Seoul. Plenty of restaurants in the area."

"Good last minute booking option. Room and washroom was clean. The room had a bit of a musty smell that we got used to. There was no hand soap in the washroom so you’d have to buy it in a vending machine in the lobby which was weird but they had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner which was nice. Bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Good location too!"

"Hotel room was exactly as described. Breakfast was noodles, fruit, toast, and cereal. The manager and staff were very nice and the location within 5 minutes of the local subway. The manager helped with fixing my luggage and the hotel was clean and well kept. Thank you for everything."
