Even though there is a bit of walk from the city centre. But the quietness is worth for the 10 mins walk. The tiny apartment with ome bedroom got everything you need. And the facility is decent and nice. It is out of expectation especially I had quite a bit of bad experiences with accommodations throughout my Peru trip.
