Great property that everyone liked. Its lokated near Yerevan Opera house, artist part, famous Cascade park. Lots of restaurants and shopping stores. Parking might be difficult, bit possible. Love it and wish to return to this place again.

Spacious apartment in convenient location

Very walkable location, spacious apartment that had everything we needed. The apartment had plenty of towels, toiletries, laundry soap, a drying rack, dish soap and sponge and many other little touches that made the stay comfortable. The mini-split A/C unit made it bearable when temperatures outside were rising. I couldn’t figure out how to make the oven work and didn’t attempt to light the gas stove but if I’d had to use them I would have texted the management who were very responsive and helpful. Seamless from check-in to checkout, would definitely stay again if we’re in Yerevan!
My favorite part is the fun colored kitchen and bathrooms!

A good place to stay, although the address as it is stated on the booking.com is not accurate. Their apartment is located in another part of the city, it is central, however it takes an effort to arrange for check in.

Big comfortable apartment. Not at advertised addre

The apartment was big and comfortable with balconies overlooking the fountain and square. I was picked up from the advertised address and taken to an apartment in a different part of the city. It's still central, but not near the Cascades. Once you get down the big hill, everything is within walking distance.

Alles lief problemlos. Bei Fragen o.ä. wurde sich sofort ausgetauscht und man konnte sich miteinander super verständigen. Auch wenn das Appartement vielleicht nicht ganz auf dem neuesten Stand war, war alles sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir können RIS Apartements also ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen!!!

Dangerous.

We were unable to open our apartment door in the morning, due to a broken lock. We were stuck inside for 1.5 hours, causing us to miss our tour booking. Disappointing to say the least. More problematic is that in the event of a fire or medical emergency, this could have been a 7th floor death trap. Not good enough.

Nice but No Heat

Apartment was modern, clean and well equipped but the heat in the building had been turned off for the season. It was very cold one night but the building manager provided us with a space heater that worked reasonably well.
