My stay at this hotel was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and well taken care of. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. A very special thank you to my housekeeper, Marine, who did an exceptional job keeping the room spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained every day. Her attention to detail and care did not go unnoticed—it made my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The staff overall was kind, professional, and always ready to help, which made a big difference. I truly appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and positive energy throughout the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again!

What a TERRIBLE HOTEL. DO NOT STAY HERE. they won't bring you any towels during the duration of your stay and just say "we are totally out" when you ask for one. They give you one small toilet paper for a 5 day stay and when we asked for more there was major attitude. They gave literally only 1 more roll. The rooms are disgusting old and falling apart. The bathroom is full of mold and leaking ceilings and the door is peeling apart. The only plus of this hell hole hotel is its location, which the front desk guy said "well you got a good location so just be happy about" basically when i complained about lack of basics in the room. Oh and the wifi is total crap.

It’s all about location

It’s all about the location, forget about everything else. I traveled from United States and based on my experience I can tell this is a two star hotel. There is no air conditioning, it’s just a fan. Hotel breakfast was not worth it but thank goodness there are so many cafe and restaurant around the hotel.

Good front staff and cleaning lady. Shame WiFi and network for TV didn’t work at all; despite being told someone would look at the issue asap. This never happened. Hotel maybe too embarrassed to admit they have this issue

Two main issues impeded my stay at the Royal Plaza by Stellar Hotels: the wifi and the bathroom. During my entire stay, the wifi was unreliable: there was only one area where the wifi would consistently connect and that was right next to the door - attempting to connect at the desk in the room or from my bed was near impossible as it would connect for a couple of minutes then lose signal. As for the bathroom, a constant leak dripped from the ceiling. Luckily the drip went straight to the bathtub but it smelled horrible and when the hotel staff came to check on it, it still dripped despite their reassurance that the issue had been fixed. Besides the negatives, the hotel was at a good central location in Yerevan. Nothing was too far away and fortunately, during my stay, there was a food festival happening right down the street. Hotel staff was nice professional and helped with booking an additional day on top of my stay as well as helped me get a taxi to the airport when my stay was over.
