They switched our room for a horrible smelly one, and blamed it on Expedia booking ( don't believe it for a second) and one of the manager was incredibly rude. Trying to be a luxury hotel but not quite getting there. Parking nearby difficult, no one to assist with bags, breakfast mediocre. poor lighting in rooms, bad internet, terrible bathroom plumbing."

"Very close to the airport, 5 minutes walk. Perfect location to spend a night before an early morning flight. The hotel/room offers all you need for one night. Outside the hotel is nothing. It takes some effort and a walk to find a decent place for dinner. "

"Quiet hotel down an alley at the end of the main street of the old town. Like most of the houses in Mardin the hotel is on multiple different levels, so lots of steps! We had a very pleasant stay and particularly enjoyed the terrace."
