"Nice hotel, centrally based with a great pool and gym. Parking is across the road in an NCP car park and with a discount costs about £23 but when they machine doesn’t work you have to pay full price online at £35 because it won’t accept the code. That aside everything else was perfect and the staff were lovely too."

She did an excellent job and went out of her way to help me out on multiple occasions during my week’s stay at the hotel. She is an ideal person to welcome people to your hotel due to her knowledge and sunny disposition – recognizing that many guests (myself included) are exhausted after strenuous and stressful travel to Cardiff (transatlantic flight!)"

"This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are decent sized with comfortable beds, lovely pillows and always clean. The receptionist is amazing! Across the car park (free parking) is the restaurant which serves beautiful food, none of your burger and chips here! Will book again next time I am in Cardiff"

"Great stay. Helpful and friendly staff, car parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of choice at breakfast in a nice environment. Comfy beds, quiet room desoite being near a main road. The only thing is, bring shower gel. We didn't have sufficient in the small pack provided for 2 showers per person."
