"The location of the hotel is good, close to Malioboro Street (the main shopping area). The staff welcomed us with a cool and refreshing drink. However, the condition of our bathroom does not match the 5-star "luxury" rating. The vanity and the bathroom door are basically covered by some adhesive materials. It feels like a 2-star hotel! The buffet breakfast is decent, offering a variety of choices. Nevertheless, I did expect more since it's a 5-star hotel. Overall, the hotel did not live up to my 5-star expectations! "

"The shops and the shopping malls are very closed by . The staffs are very friendly . The only thing the hotel need to fix is changing the thin toilet paper to better one. "

"I booked 3 rooms in this hotel for me and my sisters…we asked all 3 rooms to be on the same level and it’s no problem at all for the hotel…we had nice time and all the staff are very friendly and polite. We had a ‘bit’ of confusion at the end of our stay but Ken, the duty manager on the day had explained the confusion and he handled the minor incident very professionally. Highly recomended for all of you who wants to visit Yogyakarta with your family."
