Well-positioned hotel, courteous staff.
Mostly quiet but had noisy guests next door for 2 nights - not the hotel’s fault but put a slight dampener on the experience.
Breakfast was very good and I enjoyed the Onsen

The staff and amenities were awesome. I booked it mainly for the onsen and it did not disappoint. They also had free washers for laundry. You had to pay to dry the clothes but 20 minutes for ¥100 was very affordable. I would definitely stay here again.

It was great, room was nice. People are nice. I got stuck on the carpark opposite from the snowstorm, the guys/girls at the reception came and tried to help me unstuck the car. There are only 2 washing machine/laundry though, so if you forgot to take the laundry out, they normally put out a card ...
